MSA essentially operated as an extension of MetroPlusHealth’s marketing department for nearly two decades, during which time their membership quadrupled.
We developed comprehensive marketing plans for all lines of business including Medicaid, Medicare, Small Business, Managed Long Term Care, NYC Employee Plans, and others.
Our effective creative was seen and heard on every medium; television, digital, radio, subway, buses, bus shelters, billboards, social, direct mail, flyers, presentations, volumes of collateral materials and so on and so on. We also planned and purchased media while negotiating unprecedented rates, merchandising and bonuses.
The plan for NYC employees, MetroPlusHealth Gold called for a campaign to disrupt the status quo and point out key benefits in a bold “in your face” execution. Gold enrollment also increased by an unprecedented amount.
